My last host didn't answer my support requests at all or I had to wait 2 weeks for a reply, how can I be sure I will get a reply from you guys?

Here at Net-Trend, we guarantee a reply within 24 hours at the least. If you do not get a reply from us within the first 24 hrs, you will be compensated. Our usual response time varies from a few minutes to no more than 6 hours.

All my files are in done in Windows, and you offer Linux hosting. Can I still host with you?

Yes and no. If you do not need to use coding languages like ASP or msSQL, then Linux hosting is fine otherwise you need Windows based hosting to support ASP and msSQL. Hosting your web site on a Linux platform or a Windows platform is the same. What about the "UNLIMITED" space everyone else is offering?

First of all, whatever that sounds too good to be true, probably is. Did you know, 100% of web hosting providers that offer UNLIMITED disk space will suspend or disable your account (read the TOS and AUP of the provider to find out) if you use more than an allowable limit set by the provider. Hence UNLIMITED is actually LIMITED, by how much you ask? No one knows except for the provider themselves. Also when signing up with these providers, you might not get prompt support or even value for money. They could have unreliable servers that do not have backups and such. Are you willing to take this risk?

What hosting plan should i go with?

This depends on what you want to host. There are individuals or companies who put their whole portfolio online, with images and videos. They would most likely use the 1500MB hosting plan. But if you only want to put up a few pages of text along with a few images, the 500MB plan should be plenty.
Hence you should never need to pay for more than you will ever use. As you can always upgrade your account at any one time should you need the additional space or data transfer.
